Hello! I just registered to be part of the Nikonites forum. I just traded in my Olympus equipment and now own a Nikon 5100 and cannot wait to start taking some serious photographs with it. So I look forward to the conversations here.

The only question that I have is what is the largest file size that one can upload to this site to be used in a gallery?

Welcome Dennisg a lot of good people here (smart ones too).
Not sure what the rule for file size is, but I generally set the long side to 1200 pixels and have never had an upload problem.

Max file size I can't remember - just try uploading some silly size one, and it'll tell you anyway
