Studio lightning for newbie on fashion photography?

So I am on a tight budget I want to spend less than $250 on studio lightning and backdrops (I'm a newbie so I guess to start off I don't need anything fancy.)

All of my photography has been outdoors so this is a big step for me (because I have no clue what set up is best for indoors)

My flash SB-700 will be ordered this week, so I will be able to use it with the following items. I was wondering which one do you guys think is a better option, or if you know of other kits that are better let me know :)

Option 1)
Amazon.com: Fancierstudio 2400 watt lighting kit softbox light kit video lighting kit with Background stand 6'x9' Black, White and Chromakey green backdrop by Fancierstudio UL9004S3 6x9BWG: Camera & Photo

Option 2)
Amazon.com: CowboyStudio Photography 220 Watt Photo Studio Monolight Flash Lighting Kit - 2 Studio Flash/Strobe, 2 Softboxes, 1 Background Support System, Black & White Muslin Backdrops and Carry Case: Camera & Photo

Option 3) will have to buy the back drops separately
Amazon.com: 2275W Light Kit Softbox Lighting kit Boom Arm Hair light Kit By Fancier 9026SB: Camera & Photo

All of your help will be greatly appreciated :)

Intended to start on fashion photography

Thank you fotojack,

I was wondering, how will I trigger the lights? I read something about buying separate triggers. If I buy an SU-800 could this maybe help trigger the lights?
