Question record with Nikon D5100

Hi,

i have to make a one minut movie for school and I want to
record a sports match (ca. 1 hour 30 minutes) and take the best shots out of it.
But I have to play in the match so I can't touch the camera. As you maybe know
you can only record 20 minutes (what's around = 4GB). Is there any way that I can
record longer then 20 minutes?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe use a laptop to control the camera?
