If you mean charge the EN-EL14 battery for your D5100 via USB, then no. I don't think such a charger exists.

In other words...The usb port on that charger is an output. You can charge your phone from it while the camera battery charges.

Nikon says the EN-EL14 battery is 7.4 volts. Charge voltage will be a little higher.

USB only outputs 5 volts. Car cigarette lighter sockets output 12 to 14 volts - can operate a charger expecting 12V.

Theoretically you could use that "car charger" (12v) in combination with your PC's power supply (PSU) that has a 12v output... In real life, you would need to have the appropriate wiring (a cable connector to plug the charger in it's outer end while the other end is connected to so-called 12V molex).

But what are these batteries are more sensitive than they are for phones? Namely the phone if you charge it on stronger stream does not affect the phone or battery. Probably I so thought should be the same as on the camera.
