    No one can say durability is an issue on that D500 Woody. I knew that your count was up there given all the amazing shots you capture of birds. Glad you found that deal. That is amazing. If you don't mind, why are you selling the 300 f4. I know you have used that lens a lot.

    Congrats. I have been dreaming of getting a D500 since it was announced. Still don't have one. Still don't have the means to get one. :-(

    The lack of VR is the main reason. Now that I have the 200-500, it doesn't come off the D500.

    thanks Cindy, 99,672, if memory serves me correct i had 76,000 odd on the D7000 in 4 years, I have the D500 just over 2 (or is it 3, memory is going)
