Did you replace all yours at once, or did you start with four and you have others that you'll send it now that you have the first batch back?

Charlie, the other two I have were the right ones that I got with my D500, I have a total of six. I have two for each of my cameras. D7000, D600 and the new D500.

. They were very nice about it and sent the new ones back quickly.

Grandpaw, sorry I did not ask question clearly, I was asking about your "bad" batteries. According to Nikon the EN-EL 15 LI-ion01 has a serial number in which the ninth character must be "F" or "E" in order to be eligible for exchange. I have four and none of them has either E or F character so I wonder what were your OLD batteries numbers. Thanks for posting and replying..

When I called them they didn't mention the serial number, just the 01 at the end so I don't know what the letter was on any of mine. Give them a call and ask.
