    Black Lines on Images

    Hi,Recently, my images have been showing black lines going from right to left. Its not on every image but its starting to become more common than not. Does anyone have any ideas?Example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzZ...=sharingThanks

    Have you tried reformatting your memory card in camera ?
    Also how old is the battery in the camera ?

    I'm in the 'format the memory card' camp as a first solution.

    Next, try another card.

    Past that, I'd say it's either a sensor malfunctioning or the files are being corrupted during ingestion.
    Don't mind me... I'm out roaming around somewhere between Zone III and VII.

    If reformatting the card or replacing it with another does not fix it, I suspect the problem may be with the camera. If so, it needs to go to the camera doc.

    hi there, first of all welcome to the forum.
    Im guessing a rocket blower is not going to help here, so if the excellent suggestions posted above dont work, try a complete reset of the camera, for instructions on how to do this see your manual. If that does not work then its off to the service centre im afraid.
