I used Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB UDMA7 160 MB/S CF card and Lexar 1333X 64GB XQD card.
If I used only single card either CF or XQD, the D4 will store up to 64 GB.
If I used dual slots, one is primary and other in secondary slot function - Backup, I will got an error around 20-23GB of data, "Dish Full" about 33% disk capacity? Can not take any more pictures?
I set to both jpeg+raw files for dual slots.
My firmware is A 1.10, B 1.10 L 2.009.

Please help. Thanks

Were both cards formatted? Were they both on RAW settings? If 1 was RAW and the other JPG-Fine or TIF then they would fill at different speeds.

I would format both cards - IN CAMERA - when you format in camera, make sure you format each card. You have to give the dial top right a tweak to switch between cards to format and then test again.

I always used the D4 to format both CF and XQD prior to any photo.
I need to store both RAW+ Jpeg on both card. If one slot crashed, I still have the second slot.
1333x XQD and 1066X CF should be able to handle both RAW+Jpeg.

You can't Needa - 1 CF slot and 1 XQD slot.

That's interesting, any idea why both slots aren't the same either CF or XQD? You would think if one is being used as a backup writing to both cards at the same time, the slowest card would set the write speed.
