Troubleshooting: Bluetooth not turning on

Hi all

I have newly purchased a Nikon D3400 recently. I have also downloaded and installed the configured SnapBridge android app in my smartphone and also activated photo auto transfer from camera to smartphone. Only issue I have is that in seeting whenever I try to turn-on Bluetooth, a message comes that current setting do not allow Bluetooth to turn on. What could be possible reasons and what the troubleshoot. Please help.

Thanks...Akhilesh Agarwal

Welcome aboard. Enjoy the ride.
We look forward to seeing more posts and samples of your work.

I don't have Snapbridge on any of my cameras (and from what I read, I am glad I don't) so I can't help you, but I am sure someone will be along that can.

Hi Akhilesh, Let me make sure I got you right: the issue you are describing is on your D3400 when you are trying to turn on SnapBridge, right? Or is it on your phone when trying to turn on Bluetooth? Not sure we can help with the latter, but if that is indeed the issue, you may want to tell us which phone OS and which version you are using in case someone has experience with that.

If you have used your email as your user name i would change that and with signing your post with your full name you have given too much information.
