Problem with my shutter

Hello everybody,

I'm having an issue with my Nikon D3200, I was shooting photos, as usual, suddenly when I was taking a photo of my son, the mirror opened and never returned back and the shutter remains closed.
I've tried all possible solutions that I can find on the net but nothing worked. should I take it to a repair center or can I fix it my self?
Thank you.

Is it definitely the shutter? Like if you take the lens off can you see the sensor? Or is it the mirror stuck up? If its the mirror, you might be able to nudge it loose. There might be youtube videos, its happened to some.

Thank you for the quick reply,
yes, the mirror is stuck up, I can lower it by hand but it will immediately return back up. I can't see the sensor due to a black diaphragm in front of it.

Have you turned off the camera or removed the battery? I wasn't expecting you to say it goes back up. The diaphragm is the shutter, so the shutter could be stuck. If you have removed power, then I'm out of ideas.:(

Yeah I have turned off the power removed the battery and even factory reset my camera but nothing worked. yes, the shutter is stuck and the mirror remains up.
I guess the only way is to send it to a repair center.
