Do you recommend using noise reduction in Video Mode?

I was wondering if anyone has experience with having the noise reduction setting to ON while in video mode. I know that when using it for stills it softens the image. Any recommendations?

I don't have a clue or remember having that feature with video.

I would say no as you are recording in low quality even at 1080p so it would not be that visible on screen.
