The image sensor? You best leave that up to a authorized Nikon repair shop. Why do you think it needs to be replaced?

Totally agree with JDEG. Also if memory serves me correctly, if you attempt to mess with the sensor and cause damage to it so that it requires repair (in case it's not the sensor but something else causing whatever problem you're having) then Nikon will void your warranty if it's still under warranty. What leads you to believe you have a sensor issue?
