CF cards and a sensible card reader. I almost fall asleep transferring a days photos through my d70 to the computer!

After reading this I may pick up a card reader myself! Lol juggling a camera and a tablet in my lap at the same time is a pain in the butt, and I'm always worried about dropping my Nikon!

Plain D300. Don't need video at all.

Robert's Camera had one in Excellent condition... with a 'make offer'... so I did... and they accepted...

Transfering from camera to computer by cable?? Are you guys nuts?? My desk top PC has a built in multi card reader, which I installed myself (generic brand name) and I have a portable multi card reader (Vantec - Model #UGC-CR-920).

I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed ours. It's a proper serious camera. My wife got one when they first came out and she was very much a beginner then. During the five years she had it, never once did she read up on a new technique or function it didn't support, which is a testament to the best thought out DX body yet made.
