Shooting Banks

waste of time , they dont remember anything , why call the banks , if you could save settings to be a default then they would awesome
 
I would assume the "Banks" are like the User settings on the other Nikons? If so then you just use them as preset on subjects you shoot a lot. I have one of mine set for BIF and the other for high speed JPEG where I need 100 frames without a break at 6.5 frames per second.

nope completely different then user 1 and 2 on my d7100 , if i switch off and back onto user 1 the total camera settings i chose start , memory banks just remeber your last setting only thats it

fotojack can you explain how you use shooting banks , as i mentioned i have the d7100 with user 1 and 2 which i love to know for sure im on all the settings i want to start with

i have only played witha d800 and was so surprised the banks couldnt be saved and when they were adjusted that was the new saved setting
