uh, it depends on what you need. Do you have a tripod? Do you need a vertical grip? Lens cloth?

Since your profile does not say what you have it is hard to recommend. What do you want to do? Sports shooting would benefit from from a monopod. A good tripod and head is necessary for portrait, macro and nature shots. A good flash unit is nice. Extra SD cards are a must. I recommend several smaller (4GB) SDHC cards vs a large one. If it fails, and they all can, you won't loose a ton of pictures. I had a brand new 8GB Kingston class 6 card fail after the second use. I was able to recover the pics but not put anymore on it.
Get Bryan Peterson's book, Understanding Exposure. All the toys in the bag won't make good pictures if you don't know how to set up the shot. Like we used to say in archery, it wasn't the bow but the jerk on the string.
