Storage to go up in price

Fstoppers has an article on contaminated materials which will cause storage prices to increase (hard drives, flashdrives, etc).

I just bought a desktop hard drive and it was about $10 more than it was the month before.

Why not!! Everything else is going up except our senior fixed retirement income!! Why does this NOT constitute elder abuse?

Same in the UK, food, fuel, car prices, electronics all going up, although I'm not really seeing increases with camera's/lenses so far!
