For the past several years, I've used Nikon's Capture NX-D for post-processing. The last few times I've used it, I've had trouble converting some files. I bring up the RAW file, make my adjustments, select the "Convert File" button, fill out the necessary info, and when I click "start," it only momentarily shows the little pop-up progress screen that usually lingers for several seconds. The jpeg version that I've tried to convert from the RAW file never shows up in the destination folder, or anywhere else. There are no error messages or any indication that things didn't go as planned.

Anyone else having trouble? Is there a setting that I might have inadvertently changed?
