Luminar 4
If you guys have not heard about this program, I suggest you check it out. It has a sky replacement tool that is absolutely amazing!
The sky in the original image was not bad but not spectacular. With essentially 1 click of the mouse, Luminar transforms it into an amazing sunset. Depending on the image it may require a little cleanup, this one did, but the results are stunning!

Hi, I use Luminar for most of my shots , a bit slow but gets me to where I want , don’t think I want to pay another £70 just to change the sky , although I’ve heared it’s very good , but not for me at the moment

I don't know about that, what you can do to improve the look of skin in Luminar 4 is pretty amazing you can get rid of pores and pimple's pretty easily.
I know I have tried the A Image Enhancer feature and if your exposure and everything else is correct and you just want to bump the colors up a bit and the tones it's pretty amazing at how it it does that as well,I know a lot of people may not care for it and I'm not saying a person should rely on it I just find it interesting at how it does.

I bought Luminar 4 this past month. Not for the sky-replacement feature so much, but it is excellent. I find the AI in general a good time-saver. But the program is slow to run on my PC from 2010. 2.66GHz with 6 cores on the CPU and 16GB RAM is still zippy with all my other software, but Luminar 4 is rather pokey.
I find it compliments what RawTherapee lacks, so the 2 tools fit well with each other. I have never been able to afford Adobe products, and I won't go there now after Adobe went all evil-empire last year and forced every customer to pay up for the right to use it regularly, even if you don't use it in that time.

@BF Hammer I really like Luminar 4 and I like the fact they don't charge a lot for the program either plus with Photoshop there is way to much stuff in that program for the average user.
I think Luminar is priced really fair and you can tell they are trying to make a great product that's affordable, hopefully they will improve the speed at which it run's.

It is now several months later and I am swearing off all Skylum software. I got an email urging to check for updates in software and bring up to version 4.3.3. I did and now I it doesn't load past the splash screen. This has been complained about in their customer support forum for multiple versions now. The only fix they offer that will work is that we must blow all of the Luminar installation off of the PC including Windows registry and install from scratch.
Screw that! I was not using it enough to ignore all the minor issues it had to start and then failing entirely from an update. If I fix now, when will it fail again?
