Apple Photos displays photos out of date

I recently got back from a trip and imported photos from my D3500 to Apple Photos. Many of the photos times were off by minutes, jumbling the order of the photos. I had been using the SnapBridge app on my phone to sync location data, and think this is where the problem arose. I think Apple Photos used the GPS date stamp for hours and minutes, but used the camera date stamp for seconds, which is ridiculous. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I think the best way to fix this is to do a batch Exif deletion of GPS date stamp. Does anyone know of a free app that can do this?

Thank You.

No I do not. The issue is not that the time is wrong, it is that there are two conflicting times in the Exif data, one called create date and one called GPS time stamp.

That must be a common problem because LR lets you change the date/time stamp several different ways… except it appears to not have a batch mode… I see that several of the “free” editors also change one photo at a time… and the paid versions do a batch of files at once.
