Photolemur

A week or so ago, I applied to be a Beta Tester for some software called Photolemur. I received the program about 15 minutes ago. This is the first photo I have processed. It was from the Kelby Walk and a NEF file. The Photolemur program is a one button process. No adjustments; just pick your photo and the program does the rest. As you can see, it is a very vibrant process. When the photo was finished in Photolemur, I did some minor adjustments, like contrast, and desaturate, with Photoshop. I'll let you be the judge of the results. If you are interested, you can Google the program. They may still be giving out free copies. I am not affiliated with the maker or the program.

Well, the first thing I noticed is the clipping in both the highlights and the shadows, which could be easily corrected. I think the sky gradient is too strong and there is some vignetting in the corners I don't care for. Beyond that, it's simply waaay too saturated for my tastes.

Just my opinion, of course.

Thanks for posting this, Ted. Yeah, the clipped whites and shadows stood out right away to me, too.
