I've used Topaz before - it came in a package deal, some interesting features.
Since I'm in their database they send me promo's from time to time.
This is the first time I noticed they are giving away their program.

They wrote:
The New Photo Editor from Topaz Labs is Here!
Topaz Studio is the all new and free photo editor from Topaz Labs! Packed with both amazing processing speeds and easily accessible creative tools, you're sure to edit faster and find more inspiration.
While it's completely free to use the program with 10 Adjustments, tools, effects, and more, the entire advanced Adjustment Pro Pack is available for $99.99 (normally $274.86) during the special introductory period. Gain complete access to all 24 Adjustments with coupon code STUDIO* but only until June 30th.

Won't even download for me. Just tried again. It goes this far and stops.

After a bit of time playing with Topaz Studio I'm thinking I'll keep it but, meh?

I do like Topaz as a plug in for my Corel Paintshop (like photoshop) but not sure how much I'll use the stand alone Topas Studio but it is now in my collection of photo-editing tools. Trouble with having so many options is taking the time to learn the nuances of how these things work.

Downloaded, thanks for the tip off but my puter graphics are not up to scratch so it won't run. Maybe I'll have better luck on my laptop
