Forwarding button for web site

I have a client that finds it to difficult for his customers to input a web address. For example 453santiago.com is an example mini one page web I include with each home I photograph. I know all works well when they actually type in the url however if they type in the url in the google search box it ends up on page two after all the vampire web sites like trulia and zillow etc come first and they can't find it, usually second page near the top. He was wondering if it's possible to create a button he can click that would automatically put the url into an email short of him copying and pasting it, guess it is an automated copy and paste of the url.

Every site I create is input to google webmaster tools and even the sitemap is included.

Any suggestions appreciated.

So you want a redirect from image itself to said website, or create a seperate button to direct link?

Maybe put the coding you are using on the image so we can see how the hyperlink looks on what you send to your customer.

Why type a URL into a search engine? Why not just type it into the address bar and go directly to it?
Its a wide spread problem. The majority of people I know over age 60 missed the technology boat and have no idea of the difference between a search box and the address bar. My sister too. She is a smart woman, both her and her husband are retired IBMers and with years of me showing them, they still can't retain the difference between an exact web address and a search. They seem to get it for a few weeks, then poof, its gone. I just want to scream when she calls with computer questions.

Bill, I'm trying to understand exactly what you are looking for. From the sounds of this:

I'm wondering if a button to copy and forward something similar to what one sees on a cell phone?

You might be able to use the send page feature in various browsers. You need to use a real email program, not web mail. You need to start the email by using the send page feature. That is, you can't already be composing the email and decide to send the link. You need to be on the web page, then click 'send page'. A new email opens with the link pasted in and you can type your own message before or after the link. Internet explorer has this. Firefox has it, but you have to add it to the tool bar. Chrome has plugins available. The new Microsoft Edge browser does not have it. I really think they like people to get lost in internet searches rather than visiting specific sites by address.

Thanks Nick, I know it's not clear. I have tried to teach him copy and paste, even control/command c then v, if he would send them the address it would be gine, I am surprised how many folks type a web address in a search box even using spaces, thanks for the rrsponse, much appreciated.

Watch it, I am well over 60 and design websites and do my own SEO to get my pages on page 1. I also did design and write software that was used by large cities, corporations and and military.

But I do agree that many older people never did learn teck. It is also true that many of the teens that people think know a lot about computers only know games and not anything else.

That's the problem, my very best client that I have shot over 50 properties for is having issues with the owners not being able to find it, the search box is party of the problem. He tells them the url verbally on the phone I guess and then it falls apart.

Email it to them. It should automatically become a link for them.
