batch removing chroma noise or any setting to all pictures. LR 5.2

I have about 300 images I need to edit for a friend. he asked I do it in LR. shot in low lighting with high iso. the pictures have these red specs inside them. I went to "detail" in the drop down in the develop area and moved the slider called "color" over to a value of 50 which removed it. how do I add this setting to all the other pictures?

now if along the way of editing these images I find something that Id like to add as a batch ALSO (besides the chroma reduction) to these pics how do I go about this?

im not a LR user so it has to be something for dummies.

thank you

Basically... make whatever edits you want in the Develop module.
Goto the left pane named Presets, and click the + sign... this creates a new preset with all your changes/settings... you'll get a screen with all the changed parameters checked. Check/uncheck all the parameters you want included in the preset, and give the Preset a name.

In the lower bar showing the images... group/select the images you want to apply the preset to, and simply click the preset that you created in the above step

Fred's advice is golden. You can even save a click or two if you skip the preset phase. Select the first image, do adjustments, shift-click to select last image (to select all images in between) and click Sync in lower right of develop screen.

This reduces the batch processing to just two clicks (shift-click and Sync)!

There is one caveat that I should mention... when selecting groups of images to apply processes/changes etc to... be sure to UNSELECT the group when you get done.. before you start making changes again... Otherwise you might find yourself inadvertently applying changes to everything selected... :(

The OP is using LR 5.2. The 'SYNC" option didn't come out until LR6 I believe. It is a great tool (more useful IMHO then "dehaze"). I use it a lot to make tweaks to bracketed shots before I send them off to my HDR program.

It came with version 5.0 here. YMMV.
