White balance in lightroom different than original and exported file

Hi,
When I view a photo in lightroom, the white balance is different than the original file (NEF). When I export to jpeg, the jpeg's white balance is like the original file. So lightroom doesnt show my wysiwyg. I dont use import presets.
Where can I change this behavior/setting? I looked at every setting and just can't find it.

1. Original/exported file

2. File as seen in lightroom

That sounds weird.. It says "like shot" in develop mode, under white balance?

Correct, that was one of the first things I checked. If that would have a different white balance setting, the exported file would look different than the original.

Not if you're shooting raw. As I remember, it only affects if you shoot jpg.

From what i read, active d-lighting does effect the raw file because when switched on, it underexposes so the highlites dont wash out and then compensates the shadow aereas. It adds some extra info to the raw file that can only be read by Nikon NX. Its really confusing so I will leave it off and do postprocessing in LR.
