I just want to upgrade from PS CS5 to CS6. I don't want any of the rest of that Creative Cloud programs. Suggestions?

You can buy Lightroom and Elements, but I think Photoshop is gone now, except for the Cloud version.

May of last year, I did finally find the CS6 upgrade at one obscure place on the internet. For only $155, so I think I may be a few bucks ahead by now. :) But I'm thinking we are not going to find Photoshop any place to buy now.

I'm not sure about the upgrade but I think I can still order the full here but it was around a 1000 if I remember well. I did pass and settle for LR instead.

As mentioned, get the Photography bundle and if you don't want Lightroom or Bridge, don't download them.

With CC, you download only the apps you want.

I opted for the $9.99 a month LR and PS CC deal. I downloaded them on my desktop but want to put them both on my laptop as well. From what I can find, it looks like I may have to spring another $10 to do that. Does anyone know how to download them to another computer and not get charged for it?

You can legally install Creative Cloud apps on (up to) two computers using just the one account. This was a concern of mine before I pony'ed up for Adobe CC, so I spoke to them on the phone and that's what I was told. You'll need to install the Creative Cloud app on the other machine and download and install PS and LR on the second machine using your existing Adobe login credentials.

I was chatting with Adobe when you posted and the support guy confirmed that. Thanks!

I could not find the page where you just wanted to download Creative Cloud like I did for my desktop, so I just transferred the setup file from my desktop to my laptop via an EasySuite tether cable and went from there!
