Lens/diaphragm actuations count

Maybe a stupid question but is there a way to determine the count of lens/diaphragm actuations? I mean not the camera shutter count but the lens(es) itself.

No I don't believe there is any way to count how many shots were taken on a lens. There is nothing on a lens to keep track.
