I just uploaded PS6 cloud and am trying to import a file that I worked on in LR 4.3, but just downloaded the 4.4 upgrade. I watched Julianne Kost's video on moving files. I'm following it exactly but no file shows up in PS. Has anyone else had this problem? Try finding a phone # to contact an Adobe customer service person......yeah right. I posted my problem but didn't get a response. I'm thinking it's a bug.
I can't open my LR 4.4 files into PS 6, can anyone help?

When you open that file into LR, if you can't see CS6 in the editing program choices, then you might have to go back into LR's preference and specify the newly loaded CS6 for it to be available in LR. LR has to know that you have a new program to modify it's files. Hope this helps.

That's the key - you need to apply the Camera RAW & DNG Converter 7.4 upgrade as well.
