Another one from the local City Garden. Are we looking at fall already? A blue sky would have been nice but it was a dark overcast day. If you guys think it's worth it I will go back and change the gray to a darker blue.

Yeh Joe stop monopolizing the critique forum, geeze! :)

The sky makes him look a little creepy - if it was blue, perhaps a little silly? lol Great pic - maybe a little less on the green saturation?

This is a unique shot, Joe.

I also think that the overall tone of this image could go several different ways. As it is presented here, I see something whimsical: "Haha, there's a dude with a pumpkin on his head!" With a few color changes, perhaps some emphasis on shadows, this same image could go from happy and silly to dark and eerie.

OK, OK, I have been soundly chastised for my indiscretion. :eek::eek: Or is that castigated or baste, bawl out, beat, berate, blister, cane, censure, chasten, chastise, chew out, come down on, correct, criticize, discipline, drag over the coals, dress down, drub, excoriate, flay, flog, jump down one's throat, lambaste, lash, lay out, lean on, penalize, pummel, punish, rail, rate, read the riot act, ream, rebuke, reprimand, scarify, scathe, scold, scorch, scourge, thrash, tongue-lash, upbraid, whip. I get the point. :rolleyes: :) I promise never to do it again (now if I can only remember where I put A copy of those darn rules.) :confused::confused: :D

Anthony - You are correct, I was looking at something whimsical or humorous. The dark cloud is distracting and has to go. I'll brush it out and change colors and see how it works. Maybe something Halloweenish, weird. It's something to play with.
