New lens trial

So i was sat scrolling through Ebay hoping to buy myself something camera orientated and came across this lovely little bargin

i have wanted a 50mm for a while but hadn't had the chance to get one... WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR! this lens is so good!
I went out today for a walk to give it a little try, very happy with the images to say the least.

I have been tempted by the 50D1.8 for a while now, even though I have 50mm covered I still would like one.

Come christmas i should be upgrading to the full frame nikon D610 so my pictures should be noise free and sharper. I can't wait to get snapping with that.

Congrats! I have a variety of af-d primes and I think they are awesome lenses for the prices they go for! For portraits I highly recommend the 85mm too! I have the 85mm f1.4 and it is an awesome lens and one of my favorites!

I bought my son a 50 AF 1.8 D for his D610. Awesome piece of kit on the D610. You'll love it just as much when you upgrade to that camera.

I wish you many great pictures to take with a new lense. Love those images especially bacause they are not cooked and much colorful, like this there is a nice dramatic effect!
