Since the B&W threads been a little slow, I figured I'd post a few in hopes we can get a few others to start posting their B&W's

I had a couple the other day Dave... went looking for a Generic B&W section and not finding one, did not post up as I do not do enough to warrant its own thread.. Wonder if a Generic 'post your B&W here' Might be in order and also stir up more interest...

Nice job on your two... best for me are...

#1 the footprints.. such a classic heading off into the horizon
#2 I love the sky and guard shack... I found the sign a distraction though it may have been in your "plan" but I focused on it and had trouble focusing on the shack... my eye jumped between the two. (Like them both, do not mean to be critical...)

I like these two a lot. Interesting clouds always work well in B&W landscape photos and those clouds add a lot to your photos. Do you have LR? If so, you should try using the red filter on these, if you haven't already. The red filter can tease out lots of definition in cloudscapes

Thanks for the compliment Dave... The clouds is what made them for me... I have LR but have not played with the filters yet... I will give those 2 a 2nd look with that. Thank you for the suggestion/tip.

Ted, those are so popular these days! I know some Long Distance riders who love them... What brand and how many cc's?

It's a Aprilia with a 250cc Piaggio engine. 22HP. I've done faster than 75 on it (just to keep up with traffic) and it gets over 75MPG. At 365 pounds, it handles much different than my 700 pound Heritage. The Heritage was stolen last May. I had it for 16 years.

As a matter of fact, I'm going on a scooter run on Sunday. Wild dudes. We're banned in several cities. Wild Scooter Dudes. Yep, dats us.
