I visited Quebec MANY years ago and it was by far the most beautiful city I have ever visited. People were the friendliest and most helpful. This was 30 years ago. I hope that part has not changed.

Quebec and mostly Quebec City. I did visit Montrealbut not for as long but found all of Quebec to be a wonderful place to visit then it got cold and I got back down south as fast as possible.
