How did you achieve that look?
I can do it all day long with every. picture, as long as it's taken with my Sony A7. It's a built in feature that I play around with once in a while. I swear the woman looks so close to the real life woman, that the software Sony uses in their cameras is scary. It's that accurate.

The technique is called "Posterization".

It's accomplished by reducing the number of tonal gradations from hundreds (or thousands) in a digital image to something like three or four.

This can happen "accidentally" in your photos and it looks bad but, you can use the process creatively to create a specific aesthetic like you're seeing here.
