Badgers? We don't need no stinking badgers!

I found a badger set last week. After two unsuccessful trips out with the D3200 and not a single photo taken, I decided to take my new camera out for its first proper outing. I now knew where the badgers came out and set up, with my wife by my side, in a good position with a clear view and a light breeze in my face. Three or four badgers emerged from the set before dark and I got some OK shots, but then I couldn't believe my luck when this guy or gal came wondering up to where we sat and got to within about 5-6 meters I guess. A combination of me squeaking and the shutter going off kept its attention and I was able to take a fair few photos. Here are a couple that I've done a hasty edit on.

Thanks, I look forward to going back and re editing these files when I have better software and more of a clue what I'm doing. Next time I go I might take the 50 1.8 and try to get some at lower ISO. Had no idea they'd come so close so took my less sharp 70-300.

The Mrs was sat between me and it and I can move faster than her so it was all good ;) I was getting ready to shout at it if it came any closer though.
Will try again later this week and see if I can use my 50 1.8, as the extra light and sharpness would be good. Can hopefully use a lower ISO too that way.
