I took a few test shots around the house this morning with the Nikon 20mm f2.8 lens before I had to head out for work.
Not much processing were done. Contrast, sharpening and a bit of shadow pulling . The colors were pretty much left alone. I am seriously impressed with the quality of this lens. The built, the IQ the colors. Fantastic. So far what I have seen, I would highly recommend this lens for anyone looking for a wide angle prime on limited funds.

I cant wait to take this lens through its paces this weekend, up in the mountains.

Does that lens need much work in post for distortion? I am supposing that LR or PS will have a profile it.

It automatically recognized the lens. I have LR import set up to automatically apply lens corrections and CA. I didn't do any further distortion corrections to this image.

Yes ,that is my evil plan.:D Also I was used to shooting with the Tokina 11-16mm on Emmylou, so i I learned a few things in that time . Shooting UWA takes a little practice, but it's really not rocket science. Once you figure out how to hold the camera in certain situations then it's a breeze. It just takes some experimenting.

It is not a big lens. Bigger than the 50mm 1.8D and a heavier. It balances out nice with the D750.
here are a couple of cell phone shots.

Not bad for an almost 100% crop of a butterfly/moth/flower shot. I was shooting some clouds on the side of the side road, when I saw this thing land right next to me. I said why not? A butterfly with a wide angle. LOL:D I may put it up in the post your before and after as well.
