Moabman and I have had the last 12 days off of work because we are educators and the kids were out for Christmas break. Well we have both been very bad and have stayed up too late and slept in the entire break. So last night we tried to go to bed early because we needed to get up at 5:30 to get ready to start back to work. Well at 3 am, we were staring at each other wishing we could go to sleep. Needless to say we are both exhausted after a sleepless night. So when I got home from work; I found him passed out on the couch. The poor man did not even make it to taking off his coat. So I quickly got my camera, mounted the flash, snapped the shot, and then ran because he was very angry that the flash woke him up. However, I could not resist taking the picture because he was so cute laying there passed out from exhaustion.

So this is my attempt to actually commit to a project 365. See either I am too much of a perfectionist or or I have commitment issues. I have not decided which it is commitment or perfectionist. See last year I started this journey, I hit the 30 day slump and started comparing my photo's to Moabman's, which is where I decided I am just not creative enough to complete the project. So this year will truly be a year of mountains and miracles ( M & M's) . The Mountains will be me finding the beauty in the world around me and making it photo worthy, the miracle will be me actually completing the project.

Okay, so here is today's photo. Let's just say Moabman is off to a good start on financing my 365 project. He only has $3800 left to go to match what I financed for his project last year. But I did make a deal with the devil. He told me that if I don't complete my 365 project, he will kick me in the jimmy! Not quite sure how that will work out for him, because the only jimmy I have is the one between his legs. I am now part of the D7100 club. My D5100 will be my back up camera.
