I guess I should start a thread here as I take a lot of photos and have no where for them to go.

Here is one I took today, handheld and throwing the ball at my dog Brutus, I like the effect. Does anyone else LOL

Random pics.

"the ides of march" have passed I believe lol.

Motion blur is a neat effect. Would have been nice to have the dog a little sharper (but a moving ball means moving dog lol). And a shorter shutter speed would have stopped the motion of the ball also and defeated the purpose.

Nice "messing around" shot.

I'm not afraid. . .

Yes I may try using a tripod next time. Its not easy holding the camera in one hand and throwing a ball in the other, plus he was only 4ft in front of me lol.

Why not put your photos in the Gallery right here in Nikonites? Look at the top of this screen and look for Gallery. Start your own gallery of photos! :)

Well the sunset was a bit of a fizzler, no clouds or anything of excitement. So here is what I ended up with. Was blowing a gale and ended up with crud on the ND x 4 filter, also realised that it is not feasible to put 2 x filters on a 16-35mm lens. Looks like I need a Big stopper filter for my next try.
