It seems lately that when I go out to shot I end up with pictures that belong in so many different topic areas that my old-timers disease kicks in and I don't remember what I posted. With that in mind I decided that I would start a thread where I could post odds and ends in one place. It might not be every day but I do try to get out as much as I can. Please feel free to comment on anything you see here.

Let's start with my "Also Ran" photos from the weekly challenge of Animals and Wildlife. They are like my kids...I love them all and had a hard time picking the one I entered.

Here are some shots for the Hershey Rose Gardens. Decided to get a membership this year so we can just go over and walk around whenever the mood strikes.

Yesterday my grandson was over for a visit. I was sitting on the porch step when he ran up and said " Take a picture of my duckie . I got off one quick shot and off he went. OK it's not a great shot but it does show he can be a Goof-ball like his Grandpa.

It was still a cloudy and gray morning but no rain so I decided to stop to check out a couple of nests I have been keeping an eye on. First the duck family.
