I think it's quite good if a touch "high key" for my taste in particular. I find the catch-lights surprisingly distracting.

The catchlights obliterate the pupils and makes the little cutie look like a robot.

Move the catch lights to about the 4 o'clock position in the iris... and make them a tad smaller... I can post an example if you'd like
