Adobe Photography Creative Cloud Problems.

So I recently purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Package for 9.99/month. It has the most recent updated versions of Photoshop an Lightroom. Photoshop is working fine, I just don't know how to use it yet. But, Lightroom will not open up on my Windows PC. Does anyone have an idea on what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks!

Perhaps try their customer support? So many things that it could be, not sure our forum is the place to start. I'd give Adobe a call or live chat, IMO.

There was something early on (I would have hoped they'd corrected this) that required you to fully log out of the Creative Cloud site after downloading and installing CC, and then log back in before Lightroom would open. Prior to that all you got was a quick splash screen and then nothing. Happened to me and to a lot of people. Give it a try. If you're still stuck give Adobe a call.

Hopefully what Jake said will work. I didn't realize it was happening with fresh installs, but rather just upgrades. I know it happened even with my LR CC after the last upgrade...
