Newbie to using a DSLR camera (Nikon D3000) but will explain what I am doing and maybe someone can point me in the right direction to fix the issue.

I take pictures of clothing on a mannequin for my ebay business. I shoot in P mode, working with the WB, I get a good quality picture in regards to the color, which is important.

I took some pictures yesterday, everything went well as normal. Took a break, came back, now all pictures seem slightly blurry/ out of focus.

Typically, I am shooting P 1/5 F4 ISO 100 24MM.

I can shoot in Auto mode, still blurry.

Really lost at this point as to what could of caused this changed. Charged battery, battery at full charge. Cleaned lense, did not help.

Everything is stock.

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, thought it was the best place for the question.

Are you on a tripod? 1/5 sec is pretty slow for handheld.

It will help if you post a photo here so that we can see what the problem is. out of focus or blur.

Guidelines to adding a photo to your post.

1. Resize photo to 1000px on the long side.
2. Resolution set to 72ppi (Pixels Per Inch)

These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.

Switching something to manual focus, either on the body or the lens was my first thought. Does the D3000 have that little rocker switch on the back that locks focus? That switch has had me going nutty more than once...

Check to make sure the focus confirmation dot is illuminating before taking the shot.
