Hello,

I have been contacted to shoot or photograph a festival.

But, not sure about the legality of the pictures i take in terms of model release forms ?

The fact there will be lots of people: just regular, people, stands, people behind the stands not sure how to handle the rights of the photos.

Any thoughts..!

Legality and publishing is for your client to worry about, so just go shoot everything. Remember - staff, vendors, attractions, and patrons, then moments and misc. things that will be happening.
