Temporary "studio" setup

As the weather is still crappy here....still lots of snow on the ground and temperatures in the mid 30's F, I decided to set up my soft box, portrait light and backdrop, with a stuffed animal model to see what it all would look like, and take a few shots. I set up in my messy basement shop area, so it's not the best. Took the shot with my D40.

Hey Jack - I like the 2nd shot you "nailed it" - the 3rd shot a little too exposed. Setup looks good, I see you are a "Flame's Fan eh"

I'm jealous. You've got a place to set up. If we can get the kids to pick up a few more of their things stored in our basement, I'd have a place too. Only problem is the wife wants some space to do her crafting. Not sure who is going to get first pick.

You da man Jack!!! Now start getting those beautiful models in there and you're in business! (ps. don't show the models the stuffed animal - they might think you're a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic. ;))

Hey Sam, thanks. Yeah, I just posted a couple of shots out of about 25 I took, all at different ISO's and f stops and exposures. This was just a practice session, since I haven't picked up a camera in about a month! I got restless and decided to play around in my shop. :)
The lens I used on the D200 is a 28-105 AF. Love this lens. It also does macro. :)
