Nest NT-530H Gimbal Head

I'm considering one of these for my Manfrotto tripod but I can't find a retailer in Canada or the US. Can anyone help with a source and any advice or comments on this head

I also was looking for the Nest gimbal head.
I ordered it in China...
NEST NT-530H gimbal head tilt head bird watching head 2015 ? $153.99
I bought it with shipping and insurance for € 181,-
In the Netherlands (where I live) I had to pay € 49,- taxes.
I ordered the Nest November the 16th, I received it the 27th.
I unpacked it, checked it... not more. To busy... damn.
