As you can see I am using the Hoya Slim too. Great Filter, no problem at all

I know nothing about the Praktica but do know the Hoya is pretty good.

It seems to be a better choice but it's slim, so I won't be able to use my Nikon lens cap. It seems that the Praktica won't suffer from the same problem?

The HD is good for sure but it's out of my budget range. :( Is the second one within the $25-30 range?! I'm not sure which model this is.

I got my 72mm Hoya CIR-PL used from ebay for like $30, it was in excellent condition, maybe just keep an eye for good deal if you are not in a hurry. Just make sure you are looking at USED ones only, or you will see a bunch of cheap knockoffs pretending to be Hoya

Tkanks, thegaffney! I'm a little bit in a hurry: on 14-th of September I'm going on vacation and I would need a filter.
It's strange that no one shares opinion about the Praktica filter. It's on more suitable location to buy, not slim and a little bit cheaper so I'm really considering it. I'm not sure if it's the same model but I was able to find this video test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3NN8HoQGj4

Actually nobody said "DON'T buy this or you'll regret". :)
After a series of extra tests i can say it's not that bad as I thought initially! :)
