Hi all. Im in the market for a new body. I want to move up to full frame, that much I've decided. I'm using a D90 & aD7100 at the moment. Ive got a budget of up to £1100. I need a camera that is much better at high ISO than the two I've already own. D700, D750?? Any help/advice would be greatfully received. Thanks. Rog.

I bought my D90 as a grey market, the shutter post broke after 14 months. So I brought a UK 7100 and its performing faultlessly. Just the luck of the draw! It hasn't put me off grey imports though, so further research is called for in that regard.

They do have a good reputation on the uk forums,Elliot on here bought his D7100 from them, whilst they would deal with breakdowns Nikon will still sort any future recall problems if they happen.

They offered a fix for the older models, and it's already done on the newer units, at least from what I've read. :) D750 has a LOT of fans!

Seems the consensus is D750, I'm just a little concerned that it's a big step up from dx?

Keep in mind that DX lenses don't do well on it. If you have them, you either have to upgrade those to FX versions or shoot them in crop mode (which gets old fast).

Thats what I need, 3200 on my D7100 is very noisy, I lose some fine detail removing it, unless I'm missing something in PP.

I've been shooting with a D750 for a while now and it's high ISO handling never ceases to amaze me. These are links to shots in my 365 thread, with ISO for that image.

We'll start at a paltry ISO 9,000...

ISO 9,000

ISO 11,400

ISO 11,400

ISO 11,400

ISO 12,800
