Walked into the lowepro importer in my country. Asked if they sell buckles for my photo trekker aw. He walked ibto the back brought me one and said have an awesome day. No payment. Last year they replaced zippers on my friends two bags. Computrekker aw and photo trekker aw2. No charge. You pay a premium but when u least expect it zippers and closures fail.

Im sure the more expensive brands also have lifetime warranty on those buckles and zippers as well. I started with lowepro so all my bags are from them. They took 4 days or so to replace the zippers for the 2 bags and really it doesnt look like it was replaced. Looks stock. Not sure how they did as i sew sometimes with my sewing machine.

I always modify any bag i get because the straps are always so long and flop around. I measure how much strap ill need eith 10‰ extra length. Cut. Sew the end tidy. Then i sew velcro tape and tape it to itself to keep it tidy.

The straps on bags do always seem to long, I normally fold them up, then hold them in place with a elastic band, so if you need to adjust them, just take of the elastic band.
