Places to photo in Minneapolis

Heading to Minneapolis soon where would you guys recommend i go to shoot some nice landscapes?

Looks like a great opportunity to shoot some night skylines.

Gooseberry Falls State Park would be a good destination for landscape shooting.

I live in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul), so hopefully I can help you with a few ideas.

Gooseberry Falls is beautiful, but it is about a three hour drive from Minneapolis. It is in/on the North Shore.

Some places that are in or near the city would be:
- Minnehaha Falls
- Marjorie McNeely Conservatory
- Cathedral of St. Paul
- Stone Arch Bridge
- Minneapolis Sculpture Garden
- Mill City Musuem
- Lake Calhoun
- First Avenue
- Minneapolis Skyline views (from 35W, Nicollet Mall, Lake Calhoun, Stone Arch Bridge)
- Lowry Bridge
