Not quite like that but I was on my back trying to take a picture of a red squirrel today that was just a meter above me on a fallen tree. Will post some squirrel pics in a bit once I've sorted and processed a few.

My version of extreme is tromping around in the woods in this hot weather getting nailed by all the seed ticks. I'll bet Rambo would be scratching right now too.
