Not for me i cant stand them but my wife is well into hidden object and match 3 games,we have just replaced her laptop again its the third one and she wants all her games on it.The problem is she has about 200 games and the number is still growing, every time she gets a new laptop they need loading on it.This made me think a USB 3 external hard drive would be a good idea, now most of the games give you a choice of which drive to use but she says some dont they just load, will there be an easy way a PC numpty like me can tell them to load on the external drive when this happens, the laptop is running 8.1.

Thanks

My wife is the same, she has filled the hard drive on her laptop for the second time. I upgraded the internal drive but she has now filled that. She loves hidden object games but they are huge over 1.5 GB each.
A USB external drive is going to be my next step, and I am going to get a big one at least 2TB or even bigger.

She also insists on playing one particular game every morning. The game is now over 6 years old and I have to keep an old operating system on her laptop just for his one game !

My wife said most games give her the option of where to load them but some just load, thought last night though she can let the odd one load to D and then send it to the external from there,i guess your wife uses these people for games.

Just got a WD 2 TB but its one of the smaller ones as she sits in a relaxer chair with the laptop on a tray on her knee so couldn't accommodate the standing units, seams to be working fine.
