Can I brag about a dealer?

In April of this year, I bought a used D300 (body only) from Roberts Camera's eBay site. They give a 6 month warranty.

A week ago, I noticed the On/off switch wouldn't go OFF, without some fiddling... Several on/offs and it seemed to be okay... Today, the front control dial wouldn't change the aperture setting below about an f8 in M mode... even on several different lenses. And when it would respond, it was acting erratic...

I called Roberts to find out about getting it repaired... Tina said she needed to check some things, and would call me back... I got nervous when her "5 minutes" turned into an hour... It seems they didn't have a used D300 in the same used condition as the one I purchased, but she called around to their stores... they apparently have several sites/stores... and she found a Nikon Factory Refurb'ed D300 in one of their stores, so she's sending me that to replace my defective Used D300 rather than try to repair the camera... She emailed me a UPS call tag to send the broke camera back...

Nice people to deal with...:)

That's how business's should operate. Go the extra mile to keep a customer and give them a reason to refer someone to you. Drives me nuts when calling the local cable company to try and negotiate a savings of some kind and BAM. Now your paying a little less because they have a promotional deal they'll pass on to you. Pisses me off and I tell them "why don't you offer this all the time and make everyone happy so's not to call and complain. Don't get it.
